Terms of Service — CleanUGC

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CleanUGC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

CleanUGC provides tools for collecting, managing, and displaying customer testimonials via embeddable widgets. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API tokens secure.
You must be at least 16 years old to use CleanUGC.
One person or entity per account. Shared accounts are not permitted.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Free accounts are limited to 1 project and 25 testimonials per project. Pro accounts have unlimited projects and testimonials. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Content

You are responsible for the testimonials displayed on your site. You must not use CleanUGC to:

Display fabricated or misleading testimonials.
Collect data from minors under 16.
Host illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
Spam, abuse, or overload the service.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. By using CleanUGC, you grant us a license to store, process, and serve your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits. Automated abuse of the API may result in token revocation or account suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

CleanUGC is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
